# Introduction

**Overview**

This white paper serves as an explanatory document for a decentralized music chain

project composed of multiple organically connected companies and initiatives.

The participating companies, organizations, and their roles in this project are as follows:

**DMC (Decentralized Music Chain)**

DMC is the name of the decentralized music chain at the core of this project.

Launched in December 2021, DMC aims to solve the structural problems of the current music
\
industry, promote its growth and development, and directly connect artists with fans.

**DMCC (DMCCOIN)**

DMCC is the key currency that powers the DMC ecosystem.
\
Issued in March 2023, DMCC serves as a reward mechanism for contributors to DMC—such as
\
DJs, clubs, labels, and media—as well as a direct means of support from fans to artists.

Currently, DMCC is listed on LBANK and Deepcoin.

**DMC LAB PTE. LTD**

DMC LAB is the foundation that issues DMCC.

**DAIM (DMC AI MUSIC)**

DAIM is an AI-powered automatic music generation system that enables people without music

production skills to participate in music creation.
\
Beyond just music production, DAIM supports a wide range of creative activities such as video
\
and avatar creation. It also handles the management, distribution, and sales of the produced content.

**D-Factory (DAO)**

D-Factory is a creative collaboration platform built to revive the legendary "Factory" salon— originally hosted by Andy Warhol in the 1970s—in today's decentralized society. It is a space
\
where artists from various fields such as art, music, fashion, and painting can collaborate beyond boundaries.

**JANCTION**

JANCTION is a new project launched by "Jasmy," an IoT blockchain project founded by
\
former Sony president Mr. Ando. It is a strategic partner of DMC.
\
JANCTIONChain consists of two layers:

1\. A layer for processing AI development data and large video files, stored via IPFS.

2\. A "Watch to Earn" project called JANCTION LINK, where users accumulate points simply by watching videos.

**Mytube(Temporary Title)**

Mytube(Temporary Title) is a platform that uses JANCTIONChain to manage video data in a decentralized way via IPFS. It allows users to play, share, and customize managed video and music data.

**A-Nexus**

A-Nexus is a strategic partner of DMC, newly established by Superball—the company
\
managing the highly successful “idols you can meet” concept via AKB sister groups.
\
A-Nexus advocates for “spreading Asian IP to the world” and will be responsible for
\
discovering, nurturing, and funding talent not only within Superball but also across all of Asia.

**DeXus**

DeXus is a platform designed to offer everyone a chance to debut as a major artist by
\
leveraging the functions of DAIM and D-Factory. It is operated by participants of the DMC
\
ecosystem.

**DiscoverFeed**

DiscoverFeed is a strategic partner of DMC that integrates the real and virtual worlds in the field
\
of club music.
\
It operates metaverse clubs and produces events featuring top DJs from around the world.
