本、ホワイトペーパーはDecentralized Music Chain（以下、「DMC」と言う）という新しい分散型音楽プラットフォームの構築を目指すプロジェクトに関する説明書である。

このプロジェクトはシンガポール拠点でTOKENの発行財団であるDMC LAB PTE. LTD.と日本・韓国２拠点で、メタバース空間開発を行うDiscoverFeed株式会社の共同プロジェクトとしてビジネスモデルが構築される。
